Guofu Hydrogen successfully shipped a 10 Nm³/h hydrogen production equipment and a 10 kW fuel cell combined heat and power system to the Clean Hydrogen Center of Excellence in Morocco.
Parr Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd. under CSIC 718 Research Institute completed the final transportation and loading of ten 1000 Nm³/h electrolyzers totaling 50 MW, which were officially shipped from Lianyungang Port to Piraeus Port, Greece.
The 10000 Nm³/h electrolyzer for Sany Hydrogen Energy's wind and solar power-to-hydrogen integrated green ammonia project in Etoke Banner, Shenzhen Energy, was successfully dispatched.
CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. officially started shipping 13 sets of 1000 Nm³/h electrolyzers independently developed, to be delivered to the Guohua Cangzhou "Green Port Hydrogen City" project.

Hygeon Energy's R&D and produced MW-level hydrogen production system has been shipped, to be used in hydrogen production-related projects of a major domestic energy enterprise.
Shanghai Hydrogen Era Technology Co., Ltd. delivered four 1050 Nm³/h units, destined for the China Energy Engineering Songyuan Hydrogen Industry Park project.
Zhongji Zhongdian (Yangzhou) Hydrogen Production Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully delivered a complete set of 1000 Nm³/h alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment, including 1000 Nm³/h electrolyzers, separation skids, purification skids, and alkali tanks, among other supporting equipment; the delivery destination is not yet known.
By September 25, 2025, domestic enterprises (including overseas deliveries) delivered a total of 365.85 MW of alkaline capacity in Q2 (data sourced from public data and SMM survey).
Electrolyzer project updates:
1. SPIC released the engineering service bid award announcement for theLishu Wind and Solar Power to Green Hydrogen Biomass Coupled Green Methanol Project, invested and constructed in Lishu County, Siping City, Jilin Province.The project's construction scale: annual production of 197,200 tons of green methanol, with an accompanying hydrogen production capacity of 9,750 tons/year, using 24 sets of 1000 Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzers, 2 sets of 2000 Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzers, and 8 sets of 500 Nm³/h PEM electrolyzers.
2. Power Construction Corporation of China has released the winning bid announcement for hydrogen production equipment for the Zhongdianjian Zaoyang New Energy Hydrogen and Oxygen Production Project, which it is investing in and constructing in Zaoyang City, Hubei Province.The first phase of construction includes 4 sets of 1,000 Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzers and 1 set of 200 Nm³/h PEM electrolyzers with a total capacity of 4,200 Nm³/h, along with a 200 MW PV power generation project and ESS facilities.
3. The Hebei branch of China Huadian Corporation Ltd. is preparing to start the 50 MW Off-Grid Wind Power and Hydrogen Integration Demonstration Project in Xinji City, Hebei Province.The project will have a 50 MW wind power installation (8 units of 6.25 MW wind turbines, with a hub height of 160 meters), two sets of 1,000 Nm³/h hydrogen production equipment, a 2,000 kW hydrogen fuel engine, a combined hydrogen production and refueling station, and ESS facilities.
4. Jindahongjing (Shache) Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has released procurement winning information for the first phase of its 250,000 mt/year Green Methanol Project through Photovoltaic-Hydrogen Coupling and Biomass Gasification in Shache County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang.The first phase of the project aims to produce 100,000 mt of green methanol annually, including three core systems: water electrolysis for hydrogen production, biomass gasification, and methanol synthesis, as well as storage, loading stations, and utility engineering.
5. Hebei Guochuang Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has issued an EPC general contracting tender for the hydrogen production part of the Zhangjiakou City Wind-Hydrogen Integrated Generation-Grid-Load-Storage Comprehensive Demonstration Project Phase I, which it is investing in and constructing in Zhangbei Town, Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province.The project will have a 200,000 kW wind power installation, a 16,000 Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzer hydrogen production system, an 8,000 Nm³ hydrogen ESS, and a 40 MW hydrogen fuel cell power generation system.
6. Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Co., Ltd. has failed to tender for the hydrogenation facility of the Yulin Zero-Carbon Industrial Park Hydrogen (Hydrogen Production) Demonstration Project due to insufficient bidders, which it is investing in and constructing in Yulin, Shaanxi.The project, implemented in two phases, will produce 100,000 mt of green hydrogen annually upon full completion, along with new energy power generation, ESS, and a hydrogen application system.
7. Tiaobingshan Huadian Clean Energy Co., Ltd. is preparing to start the Liaoning Huadian Tiaobingshan Wind Power and Hydrogen Coupling 100,000 mt Green Methanol Integration Demonstration Project, which it is investing in and constructing in Tieling City, Liaoning Province.The project will include a 450 MW wind farm and transmission and transformation project, a 295 MW hydrogen production and storage facility (producing 19,000 mt of green hydrogen annually), a 100,000 mt/year green methanol synthesis facility, and an 80 MW/80 MWh ESS power station.
Beijing Hydrogen Ring Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and TCL Zhonghuan Green Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held the signing ceremony for the manufacturing and supply agreement of the HEE-500 containerized biogas hydrogen production complete equipment in Beijing.
2. Guofu Hydrogen signed a cooperation agreement with South Korea's Hylium Industries, INC., reaching a consensus on the development of hydrogen production, storage, and transportation systems and solutions for the South Korean market.
3. Huaneng Laiwu Power Generation Co., Ltd. held in-depth discussions with Hydrogen Green Motion New Energy Co., Ltd. on hydrogen power generation, focusing on the key role of hydrogen in the transformation of traditional coal-fired power enterprises and peak shaving in new-type power systems.
4. Jiang Qingsong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Huadian Liaoning Company, held talks with Cui Zhiwei, Group Vice President of Qingdao Tgood Electric Co., Ltd., at the company headquarters. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on innovative cooperation in the energy sector, aiming to build consensus and jointly promote the implementation of green and low-carbon energy projects.
5. Guangdong Yangjiang Xibeiyou Hydrogen Energy's first containerized hydrogen production system was launched.
6. Zhongchuan Peric Hydrogen passed the reassessment as a Hebei province manufacturing champion enterprise.
7. Dongtuo New Energy officially launched and delivered its million-standard-cubic-meter PEM electrolyzer production equipment.
